Please consider using existing land. We cannot afford to lose another inch of this limited, priceless ecosystem. It will protect us from the climate crisis. It will cost us everything to use it for homes when we have millions of acres of usable land and space elsewhere. We can create more mixed use urban dwellings and intensify existing developed areas. Our future health and existence will be doomed with the loss of the most fertile and beautiful land on earth. Preserve, conserve and protect the greenbelt. Please add more to it, don't take it away.
