We need to incentivize building in areas that need to be redeveloped instead of stomping on the beautiful green belt
Living in Niagara I see so many opportunities within cities of empty lots or old building that can be redeveloped.
How about the half built eye sore on Stanley Ave in Niagara Falls

Adding homes means adding grocery stores, means adding strip malls, means adding coffee shops……we have had enough. We are not in a housing crisis, this is just the home building companies like Empire who build shit ass houses to make more money ripping people off.
