I am concerned that getting rid of the Liberal government's cap-and-trade program seems more important than articulating a clear plan that will deal more effectively with greenhouse gas emissions. Presentation of an effective replacement program prior to the cancellation of an existing program would be more prudent.

I am also concerned about the lack of specific timelines for the introduction of a replacement plan. Stating that there will be a timeline is not the same as defining what it is.
