Expanding the urban boundary is a massive step in the wrong direction. We need to solve housing by building better density (not just condos) within our existing cities. We need to remove car-dependency - building better density in our existing areas, and supporting them with things like public transportation makes everyone's life better. Building more suburbs makes our society worse - our people are already isolated and fat enough!
Build more density - build more community.
