I oppose the proposal for the removal of lands from the Greenbelt for development. Protected lands should remain protected to secure the integrity of the Greenbelt. In addition, the swapping of lands for development does not align with the reasoning behind the original establishment of the Greenbelt to prevent further losses of our natural environment. There is plenty of poorly developed land within our existing communities that can be utilized for the purpose of creating homes. Please think about our future.
