While I appreciate the need for increasing the housing stock, can please consider routes that don't encroach on these protected lands? Just observationally there is so much opportunity to build on underused land, even within the city of Toronto. Former industrial lands, old retail and underutilized parking lots. Other than the Toronto core, there is no density once you exit the area. Look at our neighbours in Montreal, even being smaller they've created neighbourhoods that rely on transit while only building 3-stories up. These areas are going to be taken up just to build sub-urban cookie-cutter homes for folks who are of means to own cars and drive. If we want to increase housing great, I just think we should prioritize lower and middle income folks first. Thank you
