This is beyond wasteful when there are so many existing properties that could be developed into residential housing without decimating preserved land we need to protect our wildlife and what remains of our air quality and lessen our impact on the environment. No one has ever NEEDED a mansion, we DO need our wetlands and trees. Even more importantly, our wildlife needs them. This is just pure and blatant greed and anyone backing this should be absolutely ashamed.
