Please do not cancel cap and trade without a plan to replace it with action on climate change.
Riding temperatures, flash floods, intense storms, forest fires are all impacts of climate change being experienced right now in Ontario.
Even your allies against carbon pricing, SK and MAN, have plans to combat climate change.
We’re all paying the price-which will be higher with inaction.
I happen to think carbon pricing is a good idea because, through my purchasing choices, I control how much tax I pay. However, if you don’t like consumers having choices, at least do something! We must leave our children and grandchildren a habitable planet.
