The Greenbelt is protected…

The Greenbelt is protected land for a reason. Do not lay a finger on it. This is not the solution to the housing crisis that you think it is. Very few will benefit from this (I’m sure you know exactly who would benefit) and that microscopic benefit to a select few is not worth the astronomically negative impact it will have on everybody else.

Instead, put your energy into the healthcare system that’s currently on the brink of collapse. ICUs are overflowing, ER wait times are beyond insane - maybe consider building things within this system to support the healthcare workers that are burned out and exhausted. These people will not be voting for a man who ignores their cries for help while he plays with his life-size LEGO blocks in the Greenbelt. Prioritize problems that already exist before creating another.
