Please do not do this. We can't just get that land back. There's plenty of zoning changes that could happen in municipalities to increase density instead of building more suburbs. More suburbs means the need for more infrastructure and it's not cost effective. Building up, rather than out is a great way to help with the housing crisis and save money on unnecessary infrastructure (like Highway 413 - please also don't do that).
