The current short-sighted nature of governing for the self is unacceptable. The act is only to tear down. Are not governments required to work for the common good - a long term sustainable and therefore healthy society? Ethically you cannot argue against this but if your strategy is only a 4 year term and then the next one maybe, you are behaving unethically in the eyes of the future. And that is what matters. You nor I don't matter, only an ethical approach and actions matter.

This act is a sign of your failure to act on climate change and you are ripping off every living being for the sake of your own selfish, nearsighted greed. Shame on you!
