In regard to the Ontario PC…

In regard to the Ontario PC government's move to pass Bill C4 I must register my serious objections as Canada is a signatory to the Paris Climate Change Accord and I as a Canadian citizen and resident of Ontario demand strong action on climate change and reduction of green house gas emissions. Only the most obstinate and foolhardy people remain in denial of the number 1 threat to the continued existence of all life on this planet and the vast majority of scientists are now telling us time is running out to act. Therefore, it is my earnest desire for my children and children's children that we get this right. I find it utterly unconcionable that any government would not take this threat seriously and act in good faith on behalf of all the people of this planet to save us from extinction. The evidence is in on climate change lets not fool ourselves as we witness numerous extreme weather events, record breaking summer heat waves and changes all over the globe especially impacting the poorest and most vulnerable of the planets inhabitants. Hence, let's be on the right side of history on this issue otherwise these politicians that deny the facts will go down in history with a legacy as environmental criminals and among history's worst leaders at a critical time in our planet's history.
