Hi there,
Please stop urban sprawl, save the fauna and flora, support existing housing (like subsidized rentals) and encourage mid-density builds through incentives.
It will be more costly to provide services as a province if we keep sprawling. The goal for housing should be density as it's cheaper and easier to maintain long term.

Our premier is only helping his developer friends get rich by opening up the greenbelt for construction (https://thenarwhal.ca/ford-ontario-greenbelt-cuts-developers/). Please amend the bill so that it helps push for more housing but with better initiatives, like the ones I listed above, not ones that harm the fragile housing system and our environment.
