Bill 23, and the associated, spin-off proposed legislation, is a disaster for Ontario. The Ford government has to respect our natural infrastructure, our conservation authorities and our Greenbelt. I am absolutely opposed to these changes to what has been progressive planning over the last 50 years in Ontario.
