This is a terrible mistake, it should not be put through.
Once the green belt is paved over or more houses are built on it…there is no going back.
Doug Ford promised he would not touch the green belt and as soon as he was elected …he flipped on his promise.
What next? His promises mean nothing. If he had been open and truthful about his plans, he would never have been elected and he knew that.
Obviously more important to keep his friends - aka land developers, happy rather than saving our precious irreplaceable green belt. What a sad accomplishment for his grandchildren to read about in the future.
