I think backing out of cap…

I think backing out of cap and trade at this time is an awful idea. 1. We don't have a better plan in place to work against pollution and climate change 2. Paying the fees involved in the contract is a waste of money for tax payers without a better plan. 3. We should be ramping up our reduction of pollution not backing down. This doesn't protect citizens. It only protects the worst offenders.

I think a better plan needs to come first before worrying about repealing anything.
