I wonder how much it will cost to create a healthy world for our children. This is only a small step towards what the scientists are telling us what we need to do to stop the damage being done every day, never mind clean up the pollution we already have. I am very saddened by the lack of commitment to right the wrong done by past generations of ignorance, I am rather confused as to why there is not agreement to moving ahead in a responsible and caring direction. Yes! We may have to do with out...electricity, fossil fuels, material stuff, etc. We can live simpler lives with less, Some are doing it now. Let’s learn to live together with less useless wants and more harmonious values. Thank you.
A real climate change plan to reduce emissions, to help people save money by saving energy and to create jobs in the $26 trillion clean economy.
Adoption of a price on carbon pollution through a fee-and-dividend plan, which would charge polluters and return the money to the pockets of Ontarians.
Legally binding emissions targets in line with our obligations to the Paris Climate Agreement.
The redirection of fossil fuel subsidies into clean energy solutions
