There are some good parts to this such as the intensification of development along transit corridors and trying to simplify procedures and make them easier to deal with. Unfortunately again very little protection for natural heritage and environment, very concerning that developers can pay into a fund and destroy an environmentally significant area. While I am not against development - it needs to be regulated and overseen they will not do it themselves.
