The environment is very important to me. Why are you considering to build houses on lands that are and should be protected? We need food to be grown locally to keep the cost down so people can eat healthy. We need good clean water. We need trees to help with air pollution, flooding and to provide homes for the wild life. If you build houses on these lands, you are impacting the environment in a negative way. Swapping lands will not help.

You say you need the lands to build more housing. These new houses will be too expensive for the average family to buy or rent. (Today, it is not the lack of housing, it is the lack of affordable housing. Will that change?) The commute to and from work will cause mental stress. There must be areas in the cities to build affordable housing without impacting these areas you propose. Green spaces are also needed in the city.
