I want real and enforceable targets for reducing our greenhouse gas emissions to meet or exceed our promised targets in the Paris Climate Agreement. In order to do this we need to put a price on emissions. Money collected by this carbon price should be returned to residents with each resident getting the same share so that lower income residents would get more than the increased costs they would incur.
