Mosaik (Weston Rd) Inc. owner of land located in Lot 32, Concession 5 - City of Vaughan is requesting removal of approximately 11.8 ha of land from the greenbelt plan boundary. the overall landholding is located within the settlement boundary area and subject to an approved secondary plan. The lands are designated community area by the current Region of York Official Plan. There is a formed and active landowners group for this area. these lands are located in a manner that can respond to the housing crisis and time period for which critical homes are needed over the next 10 years.
