It is incontestable that we need to put the brakes on climate change right now. We stand to lose the delicate web of natural controls that keep our world functioning and livable in all its inimitable wonder. THIS IS NOT POLITICS Doug Ford and the fatuous people who see it in the terms of power and money need to look at the reality of the situation we live in and appreciate it for what it is. They must realize that after they have enjoyed their small victories of power and importance, after they have gone, they will have been part of the ending of life as we know it. Please keep the Cap; most people are longing to be doing something to stop climate change, unselfishly and for the good of everyone. It does work if you give it a chance; Trudeau has fallen down by not continually reinforcing the benefits of the Cap and how it works. You Doug Ford are just taking political advantage of this for your own personal gain. Please think widely; this is much bigger than your parochial ambition and the WORLD will thank you for changing your mind.
