This Act is just plain bad.
While the act may be intended to reduce the costs of new homes, we all know that it really kjust a savings for Developers and Construction companies.
It's time that the Gov of Ontario demonstrate that they understand global warming and climate change. If that was the case they would ensure increased amounts of natural greenspaces! We need fewer towns built for cars, and more designed for humans. As the Gov of Ontario does not own private lands, it has no right to consider them 'parkland'!
Municipalities must have the ability to extract development fees from developers - Otherwise, the expenses will just be transferred to taxpayers.
Please - Work for citizens, not corporations / Developers!
