It concerns me that in the light of many and devastating indications of the reality of climate change that any government would consider lessening our laws that will impact climate change in a negative way. We owe it to our children and grandchildren and the entire planet to take this seriously and take the necessary steps to curb the impact that human beings are making on the environment. This should not be a political consideration in any way. Any politician or government that does not take this seriously will never have my vote. We can make a difference if we change our laws to protect the environment. Laws should never be changed to allow worsening pollution.
