The premier promised not to touch the Green Belt; there's no need to touch the land in it, unless it is to expand it. Otherwise, the Housing Commission found that there's more than enough land (88,000 acres) for the needed 1.5 million homes in current urban boundaries.
But the government cannot remove lands as it wills in the Green Belt, and certainly not for the purposes of making the premier's contractor friends rich.
This cannot be allowed to stand.
