We definitely need to plan…

We definitely need to plan wisely and ensure adequate, affordable and safe housing for everyone!!

It stands to reason, we must be reasonable and flexible in growing our communities within the Greenbelt.

We have a lot of rural lands in East Gwillimbury, that are not being farmed, yet restricted from development under the Greenbelt protected countryside. Again, we need to always protect our resources and make needed allocations of land as we grow our communities.

I agree with the planning ahead for our future, and future generations to come. Unfortunately, you can’t please everyone, but common sense should prevail in planning, and reviewing outdated policies, that are too restrictive and prevent effective future planning.
