Good Day,
My name is Maria Ceresino I am one of the owners of 2421 Innisfil Beach Rd in Innisfil. Our property is currently zoned OS-9 and we are asking that our property is included in the Simcoe County Official Plan Amendment #7 as change in zoning to Residential.
Our property is a 49 acre parcel that shares the easterly bounder with the new Royal Victoria Hospital expansion. It will make sense at this time to have are property zoned residential with the high demand for housing and the proximity to the hospital.
