The property at 62 Brentwood Road is a 106 acre parcel that includes 35 acres commercial and 9 acres residential. Essa Township has approved a Site Plan Control Agreement that allows for:
a) 57 building lots,
b) 57 modular homes,
c) year-round occupancy,
d) Town water and sewer for 57 lots, and
e) 4 building permits have been approved.
The site is on the north side of Brentwood Road where all the properties have already been incorporated into the Angus Settlement Area. Therefore, it is requested that the site at 62 Brentwood Road be added to the Angus Settlement Area.
