Please reconsider opening this 90 day application. Hunting pens are cruel and inhumane. Wild foxes, coyotes and rabbits held in captivity are subjected to intolerable abuse and cruelty. These pens should never be allowed in today's society. I will never support a government that would promote such suffering, and will ensure that the word is spread to others.
