I firmly reject the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry’s proposal to allow new licenses and the transfer of licenses for train and trial areas in Ontario. This is a disgusting idea. Any existing facilities should have been shut down by now. This proposal is not in keeping with Canadian's morals and ethics pertaining to respecting wildlife and the natural world. The idea of this proposal is outdated and out of touch with Canadians....no doubt old, white males wrote it.
