This proposal, if enacted, will allow cruelty to animals being taken out of their natural environment, held captive and terrorized by dogs.
I am not confident in the ability to monitor the current trap and train facilities and this could go so wrong in so many ways.
Who will monitor to make sure dogs are not used as bait in these facilities.
Seems like licensed dog fighting
Hunters are able to train their dogs to track and mark and flush without more of these sites
