Please do not put in place any policies which promote urban sprawl. We need to preserve farmland and green spaces and sprawl is fiscally imprudent for municipalities and decreases our quality of life. I know you ask for comments/input (likely because this is legally required) and will not take public input seriously, but you should as the next provincial election is not that far off.
