To The Populist Government of Ontario:

First create something that will replace Cap and Trade then cancel it. What you are doing is very selfish and irresponsible, just populism. Our planet is dying. Do you see what's going on with the climate around the world? Did you see what happened in Ottawa? I don't remember a tornado in Ottawa in history. Did you see what happened in the US last year and what has happened this year? Do we have to experience similar things here in Canada for you to wake up? Do you read the UN reports on climate change? I remember scientists predicted these kind of events a decade ago. And they were right.
There is not much time. All the money your voters are going to save due to cancellation of Cap and Trade will go towards the destruction of the future of their children. The money will be worthless. And your pleasure staying in power with another mandate as a result of your populism will be worthless when one day you see the environment you left for your children impossible to live in.
