Using captive animals to to train dogs to trap and kill coyotes is a cruel inhumane practice that should be phased out, not condoned and expanded. Killing as sport is a concerning practice that leads to less empathy for others and given the problems we are seeing in society today, and also given that hunting is not needed by those participating for their survival, we should be moving away from these blood sports.
