Purposefully capturing innocent foxes and other wild animals living their lives for the purposes of training dogs to attack is sickening, disgusting and just plain WRONG! I firmly reject the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry’s proposal to allow new licenses and the transfer of licenses for train and trial areas in Ontario.
