I don’t see any positives in this proposal. These dog-training facilities were intended to be phased out over time, and so they should be. Fox hunts are an absurd blood sport that should, like cock fighting, go extinct. The barbarism of these facilities doesn’t for a moment pass the sniff test in modern society. Get rid of them all. No new licences.
