This is the wrong idea. It will make dogs more aggressive and most likely they will get hurt. It is inhumane as animals will be hurt without proper care. moreover, the chance of zoonosis and transmission of diseases between wild animals and dogs may also be a problem. I respectfully ask for this not o be considered.
