I reject the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry’s proposal to allow new licenses and the transfer of licenses for train and trial areas in Ontario. While culling of certain animals is at times necessary, it should be handled humanely and by professionals not by dog owners and their riled up dogs. Let's not go backwards, please!
