There is a reason these facilities were phased out in 1997. This is unethical and barbaric and frankly, outdated. We have come a long way in terms of how we value wildlife and this is a giant step backwards. It’s pretty embarrassing for a “world-class” province to take such a measure. Do not allow this. We do not want this disgusting abuse of power over living beings.
