We need POLLUTER PAYS Policies to deal with environmental issues; therefore a CARBON TAX on all Fossil Fuel Energy use must be applied to ALL individuals, businesses, corporations, public agencies, etc. The proceeds of the Carbon Tax must be used to change our economy and society to halt and possibly reverse environmental degradation.
