Let me put this as plain and simple as I can.. NO, no way, cruel, animal abuse, sick. What the f is wrong with you to even think this was a good idea. So again NO. You ban pitbulls but now you want dogs to train to attack. There is seriously something morally wrong with this govt. Again NO NOT NOW NOT EVER.
