I am strongly opposing amendments to the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act to allow new licenses for facilities that use captive foxes, coyotes and rabbits as bait to train hunting dogs.
This is an ugly proposal. It is barbaric and cruel. I do not know how this could even be contemplated in our society. Please do not less this happen!
