This has to be the sickest, most demonic plan ever to be proposed in Ontario.
This proves that the Doug Ford dictatorship is cruel, heartless and even worse than that disaster, MIke Harris.
Doug Ford must be smoking all the drugs that he once sold on the street. This is utter insanity.
