This is a cruel, inhumane, sick, twisted practice that needs to be brought to a close immediately.
I have a hard time believing such a barbaric act is still acted on.
It's time to not only stop new applications, but also, the province’s existing 24 facilities need to be closed immediately.
Horrific. Shocking. Shameful.
