This is a terrible idea. With the overwhelming evidence that NOW is time to act, delaying a program designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions which are linked directly to global warm is cowardly. The actions, which bow to large corporations and turn away from the right thing to do for our planet, are those of a shortsighted government.
