No. Everything about this is disgusting and wrong. It's inhumane. There's nothing sportsman like allowing your dog to violently rip apart an alive, captive wild animal. It's cruel. We live in a time where this should be considered a criminal offense to let your dog attack wild animal. This government continues to show how absolutely heartless it is
