Cap and trade is a good idea. Carbon emissions are changing the climate. Our grandchildren are going to live in a very different world than we do based on the actions we take now.

Scrapping cap and trade is not only stupid because it removes a reasonable system to allow emissions necessary for progress by offsetting those emissions in other ways, but it will cost taxpayers dearly both financially and in time spent fighting court battles with the federal government.
