To whom it may concern,
I am absolutely appalled that this behaviour is still permitted in Ontario. There is no justification for this at all. To subject animals to unnecessary pain and torture and try to label it as an educational act is pathetic.
Please be reasonable and consider that there is no necessity for this ‘training’ and it is in fact just another excuse to torment innocent animals.
I hope this act is reconsidered.
