As a taxpaying Canadian citizen of 41 years, I reject the proposal by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry to allow the issuance of new license and license transfers for Ontario train and trial areas. This type of practice is grossly outdated, unethical, and serves no purpose in bettering or preparing our world for future generations.
