We can get a fair approximation of a society’s values by observing the ways in which those in power treat the powerless. These barbaric practices are an abhorrent reflection of what happens when money is valued above life and should be immediately discontinued. Please think twice about expanding these facilities as any purposeful infliction of pain is unacceptable and unnecessary.
